Approximate size and shape of the stock 1975-1976 280Z front bumper, but very light by comparison. Rubber bumper ends are deleted and the fiberglass extended to cover approximately the same area. No brackets or other mounting provisions are provided, but they can be attached to your existing bodywork using carriage bolts or elevator bolts. Obviously, these are not designed to provide crash protection, just cosmetic integration of the existing panels and/or compliance with racing rules that require "bumpers."
