Like your Z, this site is always underconstruction. :-)

Shipping, Refund, Restock, Exchange Policy

Most of our parts are laid up in advance and left in the molds, but finished-when-ordered. This allows us to protect the molds when they are stored, and to avoid the cost of warehousing a large inventory of parts.

We make every effort to ship good quality, properly packaged parts, at reasonable shipping rates. In order to keep those rates as low as possible for all customers, all quoted crating and shipping costs must be paid in advance of shipping.

Costs and transit times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, like weather, traffic conditions, and problems with delivery addresses. But we'll do our best to keep them moving, keep you up-to-date with tracking information, and minimize any unexpected additional costs.

Damage in transit--while rare--must be noted to the driver upon receipt. Please see for more information.

You may return your undamaged and unmodified parts for refund, less a 20% restocking fee. You are permitted to exchange parts for a 10% exchange fee.

Cost of packaging (I recommend you retain your original packaging, just in case you need to reuse it) and shipping for your return parts and/or the exchanged parts is you responsibility. I recommend “economy” (aka, “truck freight,” or “surface”) shipping through a freight forwarder as the best value. Returns must be packaged securely, and I recommend full-value damage insurance.

Your return shipment will be inspected upon arrival. Any damage will be noted on the waybill before acceptance, and by law you have to process damage claims with the carrier. Refunds will be issued or credits applied upon receipt and inspection of the returned parts.

I can help you arrange return shipping, but in doing so I do not assume any of your responsibilities as described here.

Dispute resolution: While I make every reasonable effort to ensure customer satisfaction...

Any purchases of products or services offered through this website or in a related manner, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be adjudicated by the Maricopa County justice courts, and as a "small claim" if total value falls beneath the jurisdictional limit for small claims.
